If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without

giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If you expressly requested that a service begin during the withdrawal period, you may be required

to pay for the portion of the service already provided before your withdrawal.

For digital content provided immediately after purchase, your right of withdrawal may expire once access or delivery begins if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

For services, the right of withdrawal may expire once the service has been fully performed if you

expressly agreed that performance could begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal would expire upon full performance.
