Team
Rachel and Rayvin came to this work through different paths, but share the same belief: insight alone does not always create change.
Together, they combine experience in healthcare, psychology, breathwork, nervous-system education and body-based practices to create spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves and feel supported without being fixed or judged. Their work helps women build a more honest, compassionate relationship with their emotions, their bodies, and one another.

What our Community is saying
I learned the CoHealing Method from Rachel... It changes so much to be seen and see a person fully. It feels like a shower from the inside. I am always so surprised how quickly it works, in a few minutes - its like an emotional hygiene. Whenever I did it I just felt better afterwards, and this for me is the biggest prove!

The CoHealing Method renewed my hope in my marriage — and in my own path forward.....This work transformed how I process emotions, heal old wounds, and show up in my marriage — I would 1000% recommend it.
Laura (Canada)
The CoHealing Method for me is really allowing myself a moment to feel. The feeling of someone else holding the space really hits different and allows me to deeply heal.... it helps me in difficult moments, but is also a good place to come back as a form of maintenance and processing things I didn't know need processing.
