These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from CoHealing – Rachel Babaganov

through cohealing.space or related sales and payment pages.

The contract is concluded when your order is accepted and confirmed. Details of the purchased

program, product, price, and access are those shown on the relevant sales or order page.

2. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in EUR or USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed through third-party payment

providers such as Stripe.

3. Programs and Digital Products

Digital products, courses, and program materials are provided electronically or through a client

account.

Access duration and included services are specified on the relevant offer page.

Unless otherwise stated, purchased materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, resold, or shared with third parties.

4. Withdrawal and Cancellations

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable. Details are provided in our

separate Withdrawal Policy.

Any additional cancellation or refund conditions stated on the relevant offer page also apply.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Personal Responsibility

CoHealing programs and materials are intended for education, personal development, and

wellbeing.

They do not replace medical, psychological, or other professional diagnosis or treatment.

You remain responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for you and should seek

professional advice where necessary.

6. Liability

CoHealing is liable in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not legally

permitted.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Applicable Law

German law applies, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable to the client.

Statutory rules regarding jurisdiction remain unaffected.
