The 8-Week Co-Healing Program for Women

A practical, guided journey to cultivating more support, connection, and intimacy in your relationship.

For women who feel stuck carrying the weight of the relationship... and don't want to do it alone anymore.

What the 8-week Co-Healing program will help you accomplish

This is a live, structured, 8-week program for women who want to:

  • Stop carrying everyone's emotional load

  • Feel less burnt out and resentful / more seen, supported, and connected

  • Express their needs more clearly and vulnerably (instead of feeling guilty, blaming, or simply shutting down)

  • Understand triggers, what's happening behind the triggers, and learn a new approach for handling conflict

  • Reconnect with more ease and softness

  • Build a relationship that feels warmer, safer, more supportive, and full of connection

You'll learn the exact Co-Healing Method, step-by-step — a method that transforms emotional overwhelm and relational patterns by supporting the deeper parts of you.

And you do it outside of your relationship, together with other women on the same path, so you’re not isolated anymore.

So you can come back to your relationship more clear, grounded, and supported.

Why the Co-Healing Method works

Most other approaches tell you to:

  • Set stronger boundaries...

  • Try to stay calm or be less reactive...

  • Regulate your nervous system...

  • Communicate better...

  • Practise self-compassion...

...But they expect you to do this alone, in isolation, exactly when you’re overwhelmed, overloaded, exhausted, and least able to help yourself.

Co-Healing is different... here's how:

  • Learn to put down the emotional weight you've been carrying, so you no longer feel like the only one holding the relationship together.

  • Work on healing the root of your triggers, not suppress them or blame yourself for "feeling too much."

  • Gain outside support for moments you'd usually over-give, shut down, or break down.

  • Receive tools to reconnect with your partner much faster, with more clarity and feeling seen.

  • Transform triggers into opportunities for growth, rather than evidence that you're "too much," "not enough," or failing.

  • Learn a clear method for giving and receiving compassion, so you no longer drain yourself holding it all, especially when your inner world feels heaviest.

  • Make warmth and safety more consistent and accessible in normal, everyday life.

And you do this all with other women, not alone.

This combination — method + community — is what makes Co-Healing unique as well as creating real and sustainable change.

Why now?

If you don’t change, nothing will change.

The same patterns will keep repeating:

More over-giving.

More exhaustion and resentment.

More distance and loneliness.

More shutting down and disconnection.

Drifting further away from your partner — but even more painfully, further away from yourself.

Look around — so many women reach their breaking point and whisper the same regret:

"I spent too long, thinking I could just hold it all together... until I just couldn't take it anymore."

You don’t want to be that woman.

Don't regret not seeking the support you need and deserve now. Don't wait until healing and connection feels impossible and you're on the verge of giving up.

Choose a different path. Join the program today.

Frequently asked questions

What if I can't attend one of the live calls? Will there be recordings?

It’s completely fine if you can’t make every call. Live calls are great, as they allow you to participate and ask any questions, but they’re not required to keep up.

You’ll get access to all recordings for the entire duration of the program, so you can watch any session you miss and stay fully up to date.

Is there homework outside of the weekly sessions?

The weekly calls are enough and you are not required to do anything outside of the live sessions.

However, we do provide optional yet powerful bonus materials — guided visualizations, inner-child meditations, and grounding practices — that take only about 10 minutes a day and can dramatically deepen your results.

What exactly happens during the weekly calls?

Every session is highly practical, engaging, and focused on what truly works.

You won’t get lost in theory — each call is a hands-on training where you learn the method step by step and experience real breakthroughs. Every week is a milestone in healing and improving your relationship.

What if I realize it’s not the right fit — is there a money back guarantee?

Yes. There is a 14-day money back guarantee. You can try the program for the first 14 days, and if in that time you feel it’s not right for you, you can cancel and receive a full refund — no questions asked. We’re confident you’ll love it, but we honour your freedom and choice.

Does my partner need to join the men's program for this to work?

No. You can absolutely do this program on your own and still experience a positive impact on your relationship, even if your partner isn't ready or able to join the men's program.

However, as you might expect, it’s incredibly supportive when both partners work on their own patterns in parallel. Ideally, it would help your partner to understand the process and take responsibility for his inner world as well.

How is this different from therapy, coaching, or other relationship courses?
  • The Co-Healing Method is simple, pragmatic, and focused on the present moment.

  • It draws on modern therapeutic approaches, such as the emotional backpack, emotionally focused therapy, and inner child work.

  • You become empowered to drive your own change and healing, instead of being a passive subject that relies on therapeutic guidance.

  • It’s not about analyzing your past or thinking harder about your patterns — it’s a practical method that helps you safely feel and process what’s happening behind your stress and autopilot reactions.

  • It goes beyond mental insight and intellectual understanding. It helps you actually calm the deeper layers where the real problem lives.

  • It takes pressure off your relationship, rather than adding stress with guidelines, exercises, and worksheets you need to do together.

  • It’s tested by many men and consistently works in real-life relationships.

What happens after the 8-week program is complete?

After completing the program, you’re qualified to join our Men's community — an ongoing space where other men trained in the Co-Healing Method support each other with space-holding.

This is the only community of its kind, and it’s designed to help you continue to reduce triggers, deepen connection, and strengthen your relationship with consistent support.

Will I be expected to share anything personal during the weekly sessions?

You only ever share when you genuinely feel safe. Your boundaries matter. Nothing is ever pushed.

However, the method itself relies on you accessing your vulnerability and opening up in order to receive support and calm your nervous system. The intention of the program is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can practice sharing and offload some of your burdens.

Does Co-Healing replace therapy?

No. This is not therapy and it does not replace therapy, though it based on theory and techniques also used by therapists around the world (e.g., emotional backpack, emotionally focused therapy).

We don’t analyze your past or diagnose anything. We work with what’s happening in the present moment and teach basic human emotional support, awareness, and communication skills.

It’s a simple, practical training — not a clinical process.

What if my partner and I are currently in a really difficult phase or conflict?

That would actually be the best time to join! The method is designed to help you when things feel stuck, overwhelming, or emotionally intense

Do I need any prior experience?

No. Beginners and experienced practitioners alike will benefit.

How much does it cost?

The program is offered at a limited-time price of 400€ while we set up the system behind the program. Subsequent programs will cost 799€. Take advantage of this significant discount while you can!

Who is this NOT for?

This is not a therapeutic or clinical program. It is not suitable for people who are currently experiencing serious mental health conditions that require professional psychiatric or psychological treatment.

Co-Healing is designed for individuals who face everyday relationship challenges, arguments, and emotional patterns — not for those who need specialized mental-health care.

If you are dealing with a significant mental health issue, please seek professional support that is tailored to your needs.

If the webinar spoke to you, trust that feeling.

Something in you knows this is the right direction.

Join the 8-Week Co-Healing Training and take the first real step toward a calmer, warmer, more connected relationship.

You don’t have to do this alone anymore.
