So you can finally stop carrying your relationships alone — and feel held, supported, and deeply met.

Together, let's break patterns that no longer serve

  • Feeling alone in your relationship

  • Burnt out and overwhelmed

  • Triggered and unable to stay grounded when things feel hard

  • Feeling unseen and misunderstood

  • Disconnection in your relationship

  • Unable to ask for support

  • Suppressing your needs and carrying it all alone

And help build a relationship where both partners contribute, support, and show up for one another

Why The CoHealing

Method Works

Most approaches teach women to:

  • Regulate independently...

  • Set stronger boundaries...

  • Communicate better...

  • Practice self-compassion...

But you are still doing it all alone, which is exactly why you feel overwhelmed, and exhausted in the first place...

The CoHealing Method offers connection

along with the healing

A key factor for women who feel alone in their relationships

Here is how the CoHealing Method is different from others:

FEEL HELD

Learn to put down the emotional weight you've been carrying -

so you no longer feel like the only one holding the relationship together.

TRIGGERS

Work on healing the root of your triggers - not suppressing, distracting, blaming, or feeling too much.

CONNECTION

Gain outside support -

from women who are trained, so you can feel and re-pattern in connection, instead of shut down, isolate, over-give or fall apart.

RESOURCES

Receive tools to reconnect with yourself, and your partner much faster -

because feeling seen and deeper intimacy is available to you.

TRANSFORM

Transform triggers into opportunities for growth -

and deepen your connection, communication and intimacy with your partner.

DEEPER INTIMACY

Feel seen, safe and deeply met in your relationship -

by learning to finally allow outside support, soften, and feel safe again.

Testimonials

"I learned the CoHealing Method from Rachel... It changes so much to be seen and see a person fully. It feels like a shower from the inside. I am always so surprised how quickly it works, in a few minutes - its like an emotional hygiene. Whenever I did it I just felt better afterwards, and this for me is the biggest prove! ”

I guide women not by giving them answers — but by being fully, unapologetically myself. So you can feel permission to do the same.

And I guide by offering a space — safe, supportive, steady — where you can remember that you don’t have to do it all alone anymore.

My approach is grounded, tender, and rooted in helping people reconnect to their bodies with choice, permission, and compassion.

I bring steadiness, lived experience, and a genuine love for helping people feel safe enough to show what’s true, without fixing, rushing, or performing. Just presence.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can't attend one of the live calls? Will there be recordings?

It’s completely fine if you can’t make every call. Live calls are great, as they allow you to participate and ask any questions, but they’re not required to keep up.

You’ll get access to all recordings for the entire duration of the program, so you can watch any session you miss and stay fully up to date.

Is there homework outside of the weekly sessions?

The weekly calls are enough and you are not required to do anything outside of the live sessions.

However, we do provide optional yet powerful bonus materials — guided visualizations, inner-child meditations, and grounding practices — that take only about 10 minutes a day and can dramatically deepen your results.

What exactly happens during the weekly calls?

Every session is highly practical, engaging, and focused on what truly works.

You won’t get lost in theory — each call is a hands-on training where you learn the method step by step and experience real breakthroughs. Every week is a milestone in healing and improving your relationship.

What if I realize it’s not the right fit — is there a money back guarantee?

Yes. There is a 14-day money back guarantee. You can try the program for the first 14 days, and if in that time you feel it’s not right for you, you can cancel and receive a full refund — no questions asked. We’re confident you’ll love it, but we honour your freedom and choice.

Does my partner need to join the men's program for this to work?

No. You can absolutely do this program on your own and still experience a positive impact on your relationship, even if your partner isn't ready or able to join the men's program.

However, as you might expect, it’s incredibly supportive when both partners work on their own patterns in parallel. Ideally, it would help your partner to understand the process and take responsibility for his inner world as well.

How is this different from therapy, coaching, or other relationship courses?
  • The CoHealing Method is simple, pragmatic, and focused on the present moment.

  • It draws on modern therapeutic approaches, such as the emotional backpack (by Vivian Dittmar), and inner child work.

  • You become empowered to drive your own change and healing, instead of being a passive subject that relies on therapeutic guidance.

  • It’s not about analyzing your past or thinking harder about your patterns — it’s a practical method that helps you safely feel and process what’s happening behind your stress and autopilot reactions.

  • It goes beyond mental insight and intellectual understanding. It helps you actually feel the deeper layers where the real problem lives.

  • It takes pressure off your relationship, rather than adding stress with guidelines, exercises, and worksheets you need to do together.

  • It’s tested by many women and consistently works in real-life relationships.

What happens after the 8-week program is complete?

After completing the program, you’re qualified to join our Women's community — an ongoing space where other women trained in the CoHealing Method support each other.

This is the only community of its kind, and it’s designed to help you continue to reduce triggers, deepen connection, and strengthen your relationship with consistent support.

Will I be expected to share anything personal during the weekly sessions?

You only ever share when you genuinely feel safe. Your boundaries matter. Nothing is ever pushed.

However, the method itself relies on you accessing your vulnerability and opening up in order to receive support and calm your nervous system. The intention of the program is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can practice sharing and offload some of your burdens.

Does CoHealing replace therapy?

No. This is not therapy and it does not replace therapy, though it based on theory and techniques also used by therapists around the world (e.g., emotional backpack, emotionally focused therapy).

We don’t analyze your past or diagnose anything. We work with what’s happening in the present moment and teach basic human emotional support, awareness, and communication skills.

It’s a simple, practical training — not a clinical process.

What if my partner and I are currently in a really difficult phase or conflict?

That would actually be the best time to join! The method is designed to help you when things feel stuck, overwhelming, or emotionally intense

Do I need any prior experience?

No. Beginners and experienced practitioners alike will benefit.

How much does it cost?

The normal price for the 8-week program is 899€. However, on special occasions we offer discounts.

Who is this NOT for?

This is not a therapeutic or clinical program. It is not suitable for people who are currently experiencing serious mental health conditions that require professional psychiatric or psychological treatment.

CoHealing is designed for individuals who face everyday relationship challenges, arguments, and emotional patterns — not for those who need specialized mental-health care.

If you are dealing with a significant mental health issue, please seek professional support that is tailored to your needs.
