A small intimate live cohort for women ready to practice, participate and go deeper.

You've done the work, but still isolate when life gets messy.

You've been to therapy, coaching, read the books, listened to podcasts, tried breathwork and meditation.
You understand so many concepts about healing - but when you're triggered, overwhelmed, angry, grieving or hurt, you go back to the patterns you once learned.

You replay the situation again and again.

You distract, scroll or withdraw.

You want to feel understood, not fixed.

You feel something is off, but you don't know
what to do with it.
Being strong doesn’t mean doing everything alone.

Many of us have learned to equate strength with independence.
I can handle this.
I don’t want to burden anyone.
It’s not important enough to ask for help.
I should be able to deal with this myself.
But needing support doesn’t make you weak.
On the contrary it makes you so much stronger.
The difficult part is knowing how to reach out,
what to ask for, and whether the person on the other side
actually knows how to hold you in the way you so desperately desire.

What if Support Felt Different?
Imagine something happens and instead of ruminating, isolating or distracting, you notice:
I’m activated.
So, You pause.
You reconnect with your body.
You begin to understand what is actually underneath the reaction.
And instead of carrying it alone, you reach out to someone who understands how to meet you.
She doesn’t tell you what to do.
She doesn’t explain why you shouldn’t feel that way.
She doesn’t make your experience about herself.
She stays with you.
She asks the right questions.
She helps you listen to yourself.
And when the emotion begins to settle, you can see more clearly what you need and what you want to do next.
COHEALING TRANSFORMATION

I should be able to handle this myself.

I am even stronger, when I am supported.
The CoHealing Method

The CoHealing Method is a practical way to work with difficult emotions with another person, without turning the conversation into advice, problem-solving or therapy.
Instead of immediately reacting, suppressing what you feel, or trying to analyse everything on your own, the method gives you a simple structure to slow things down, understand what is happening inside you and ask for the kind of support you actually need.

1. Awareness
The first step is recognizing when you feel tense, angry, anxious, shut down or suddenly overwhelmed. Instead of immediately following the story in your head, you become aware:
Something in me has been activated.

2. Pause
Before trying to solve anything, you slow down.
This is a profound moment where we break the pattern. Instead of simply reacting, we pause so we can respond. The goal isn’t to make the feeling disappear. It’s to become present enough to recognize we are triggered, and break out of the old pattern.

3. Reach Out
Instead of carrying everything alone, you learn how to ask for support. And more importantly, you learn to be specific about what kind of support you need.
Sometimes you need to talk to get to the feeling. Sometimes you need guided questions to support your process. Sometimes you simply need another person to stay present while you feel what is there.

4. CoHealing
A CoHealing session is a structured space. One person receives support. The other holds the space. The person holding space does not tell you what to do, diagnose you, fix the situation or make your experience about herself. She listens. She stays present. She asks simple questions. So that you can stay connected to your own experience long enough to discover what is true for you.
Over time, you learn both sides of the process:
how to receive support and how to offer it.

And then you return to your life.
The purpose of CoHealing isn’t to stay inside the emotional process forever. Once the intensity of the emotion has alchemised and you are clear with what you need, you can return to the situation with more clarity, and more importantly with the kind of vulnerability to deepen your relationships.
You may understand what you need to communicate, what boundary matters, what conversation needs to happen — or simply see the situation differently. The aim is not to eliminate difficult emotions. It is to finally give them a space, so they can be processed, alchemised and met by another. And with time as emotions come and go you learn to be with them, in a way that enriches your life instead of dragging you down.

Your 12-Week Journey

The 12 weeks are designed
to build up on each other.
Phase 1 ·
Awareness
Week 1 - 3
Arrive, and slowly begin to become more familiar with your emotional landscape and triggers. How do triggers show up? What do they look like? How do they shape your day to day? And how can you pause instead of react?
Phase 2 ·
Connection
Week 4 - 6
Begin the journey of connection. Here we begin to explore how we can hold space without getting involved in the process of the other, and explore our emotional landscape when triggers arise.
Phase 3 ·
Expression
Week 7 - 9
As the journey continues, we begin to deepen our practice. We explore our emotions and the space more deeply. We continue to reach out and allow ourselves to give and receive. And we deepen our understanding of the needs underneath the reactions and how we can communicate more clearly and vulnerably.
Phase 4 ·
Integration
Week 10 - 12
You are invited to integrate into the community, so that when the program is over, your journey of integration continues with the women you worked with over the last 12 weeks, plus women who have already been through the program.
You’re not expected to master everything at once. The practice deepens gradually as trust, awareness and confidence grow.
How CoHealing Foundations Helped Others

It changes so much to be seen and see a person fully. It feels like a shower from the inside. I am always so surprised how quickly it works, in a few minutes - its like an emotional hygiene. Whenever I did it I just felt better afterwards, and this for me is the biggest prove!
Muriel (Germany)

The CoHealing Method renewed my hope in my marriage — and in my own path forward.....This work transformed how I process emotions, heal old wounds, and show up in my marriage — I would 1000% recommend it.
Laura (Canada)
The CoHealing Method for me is really allowing myself a moment to feel. The feeling of someone else holding the space really hits different and allows me to deeply heal.... it helps me in difficult moments, but is also a good place to come back as a form of maintenance and processing things I didn't know need processing.

Frequently Asked Questions
You don’t need to be an expert in any particular modality.
CoHealing Foundations is especially suited to women who have already begun exploring themselves through things like therapy, coaching, meditation, breathwork, books or personal-development work and are ready to move from understanding into practice.
Come with an open mind and a willingness to participate.
The course runs from September 1–22, 2026, with one live session every Tuesday from 8:00–9:30 PM Germany time. We will send you all recordings if you miss a session.
No.
Sharing is always optional.
You will be invited to participate and explore, but there is no forcing or pressure to disclose something you don’t want to share.
We strongly encourage it.
Seeing each other helps create connection, trust and safety inside the group in a way that is difficult when everyone is speaking to a black square.
Confidentiality is a core part of the CoHealing Method.
You will learn how to create safe and confidential spaces yourself, and everyone joining the cohort is expected to respect the privacy of the other participants.
We also use tools such as Zoom and WhatsApp, so no online environment can be described as completely risk-free.
The program begins by teaching grounding and regulation practices such as breathwork, pendulation and somatic tracking.
You will never be forced to continue an exercise.
We work through invitations rather than pressure and encourage you to stay within what feels manageable for your nervous system.
Facilitators are also available if something feels uncomfortable or difficult during the process.
No.
CoHealing Foundations is not psychotherapy and is not intended to diagnose or treat mental-health conditions.
It can sit alongside therapy or coaching, but it is a separate personal-development and relational-practice experience.

This is intentionally designed as a smaller cohort so there is enough space for trust, practice and meaningful connection.

Rachel Babaganov
Rachel’s path into this work began with trying to understand herself.
After training as a nurse and completing a Master’s in Public Health, she spent years exploring mental health, resilience, trauma, breathwork, nervous-system regulation, somatic approaches, Internal Family Systems and other forms of personal-development work.
Again and again, she found the same gap:
Understanding yourself is not the same thing as knowing what to do when an emotion takes over in real life.
That insight became central to her work.
Today Rachel brings together more than a decade of experience across healthcare, public health, research, coaching and facilitation with body-based, trauma-aware and relational approaches.
Her work focuses on helping people move beyond analysing emotions and toward actually feeling, understanding, communicating and receiving support through them.

Rayvin Rey
Rayvin also spent years looking for answers.
She studied psychology, completed yoga-teacher training, explored therapy, journaling and personal-development work, and is currently completing a two-year trauma-informed breathwork certification.
She became very good at understanding her patterns.
But eventually she realised that awareness was only the beginning.
The thing that changed her relationship with the work was support.
Being genuinely witnessed gave her somewhere to bring the messy, unfinished parts of herself without needing to solve them first.
Her work now centres around helping create that kind of space for others: somewhere questions can be explored instead of rushed, emotions can exist without being fixed, and people can practise being real with one another.
