General Terms and Conditions (CoHealing Method –Rachel Babaganov)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and registrations made through any website, sales page, or payment interface operated by CoHealing Project (Rachel Babaganov).
A “client” is any individual or organisation that completes an order and payment through our secure platform or via bank transfer, cash, or equivalent methods.

2. Orders

Placing an order with CoHealing constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in EUR or USD.
Prices may change at any time, but the price valid at the moment of the order is the price applied.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately when the order is placed, including for pre-orders.
We accept major credit cards and online payment methods via Stripe.
For payments processed through Stripe, encryption and data security are provided by Stripe; CoHealing cannot be held responsible for Stripe’s security performance.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered via email or client account access.
Physical products are shipped to the address provided by the client.
The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery information.
Risk passes to the client once the product has left our premises. In the case of loss, we will take reasonable steps to ensure replacement or refund in accordance with the applicable guarantee.

6. Data Protection

CoHealing processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and German data-protection law (BDSG).
Clients have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data.
By accepting these Terms, you agree to our data-processing practices and consent to receiving emails with information or offers from CoHealing or selected partners.
You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email.

7. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions and all related transactions are governed by German law.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bayern, Germany, unless mandatory statutory provisions apply.
